Alley not only intends to retain the lost weight but also lose additional ten pounds without hitting the gym.


Hollywood Take says Alley has been a spokeswoman for Jenny Craig since April 2014. She has been struggling with her weight for more than a decade. The star lost a whopping 75 pounds weight through a weight loss program in between 2005 to 2008 but gained back 30 lbs. That is why she rejoined the program a year ago.

So what does she eat to lose weight? Alley strictly adheres to a very healthy diet and uses Jenny Craig designed portion-controlled meals that include chocolate brownies and chicken fettuccine. She also binges on vegetables and organic fruits to get her daily quota of nutrients and antioxidants.

The spokesmodel said that she was not going to workout in the gym.
