TONING THE CHAKRAS INSIDE SALT CAVE: Aug. 30, 6-7 p.m., Asheville Therapeutic Salt Cave, 12 Eagle St. Vocal toning is a form of sound meditation. It usually consists of singing extended syllables, especially vowels. These sounds are believed to have their own energetic properties.
